Zhor Run Club is building one of India's fastest-growing running and wellness communities. We create premium fitness and lifestyle experiences that bring together ambitious, like-minded people through runs, wellness events, brand collaborations, and community-led experiences.

We're looking for someone who thrives behind the scenes and wants to build experiences people remember.

As the Events & Operations Lead, you will own the end-to-end planning and execution of Zhor's community experiences. While the founders host and engage with the community, you'll ensure every event is flawlessly planned and executed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing community events from concept to completion.
• Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with cafés, studios, venues, and vendors.
• Managing event budgets, timelines, logistics, and operational checklists.
• Coordinating with photographers, coaches, volunteers, and all event stakeholders.
• Working closely with brand partners to execute collaborations and activations.
• Ensuring a seamless on-ground experience for participants.
• Solving operational challenges quickly and proactively.
• Continuously improving event quality and operational efficiency.

This is an on-site role based in Delhi NCR.

• 1–3 years of experience in events, hospitality, operations, community building, or a related field (freshers with exceptional experience are encouraged to apply).
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• An eye for premium experiences, hospitality, and community building.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, or project management tools is a plus.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, or community-led brands is preferred.
