Job Ad - Operations Head

• Role: Operations Head
• Budget: Up to 60 LPA
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in FMCG/Personal Care operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end operations: manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, customer fulfillment.
• Drive customer service KPIs: Fill Rate, OTIF, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee demand planning with close coordination between manufacturing units and sales.
• Ensure manufacturing excellence: process optimization, compliance (ISO, GMP), and productivity improvement.
• Own cost and efficiency initiatives with direct impact on P&L.
• Provide strong people leadership, managing large teams and cross functional collaboration.
