We are hiring: Personal Assistant

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time

Expected Salary: Rs. 50,000 per month

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support day-to-day business operations, scheduling, coordination, marketing activities, and sales follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules

* Handle calls, emails, messages, and business communication

* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners

* Maintain records, documents, reports, and follow-up trackers

* Assist in travel planning, meeting preparation, and office coordination

* Support marketing activities including social media coordination, campaign follow-ups, content scheduling, and basic promotional tasks

* Follow up with sales leads, clients, inquiries, and prospects regularly

* Track customer responses, update lead status, and coordinate with the sales team

* Prepare basic reports for marketing performance, lead updates, and pending follow-ups

* Ensure tasks are completed on time with proper attention to detail

Requirements:

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

* Strong organizational and follow-up skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and social media platforms

* Ability to handle confidential information professionally

* Presentable, punctual, responsible, and eager to learn

* Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or Sales Coordinator will be preferred
