Hiring: Team Leader – B2B Motor Sales

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – B2B Motor Sales to lead a team of Relationship Managers and build strong business relationships with corporate clients, automobile dealers, brokers, and channel partners .

The role involves team leadership, business development, partner engagement, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with insurance companies for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers

• Develop and maintain strong partner relationships

• Drive B2B motor insurance business through dealers, brokers and channel partners

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Conduct regular partner reviews and identify growth opportunities

• Support team training and performance improvement

• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal operations teams

• Drive customer/partner retention and business growth

• Track market trends and competitor activities

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 3–5 years of experience in General Insurance Motor Sales or Motor Dealer Sales

• Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance and the automobile dealer ecosystem

• Experience managing a sales/relationship management team

• Strong B2B sales, negotiation and relationship management skills

• Good understanding of the Mumbai motor dealer market and RTO dynamics

• Life Insurance experience is an added advantage, but Motor Insurance experience is mandatory
