About the Role The Head of School will provide strategic academic leadership and oversee the School's academic, research, faculty, and operational activities. The role will focus on maintaining academic excellence, strengthening international partnerships, developing faculty, enhancing research performance, and ensuring an outstanding student experience. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and academic leadership to the School. Lead academic programs, curriculum development, and quality assurance. Manage, mentor, and develop academic faculty. Drive research, publications, grants, and international collaborations. Build partnerships with overseas universities and institutions. Enhance student experience and graduate outcomes. Support accreditation and academic quality initiatives. Represent the School at national and international forums. Pre requisite PhD/Doctorate – Mandatory 15 years of higher education/academic experience Proven experience in a senior academic leadership position such as Dean, Head of School, Head of Department, Associate Dean, or equivalent Overseas university/international academic experience – Mandatory Strong research and academic publication record. Experience in academic program development and faculty management. Strong strategic leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
