<p><b>Job Title:</b> Head - Plant Engineering</p><p><b>Location:</b> Noida</p><p><b>Industry:</b> Rubber Glove Manufacturing</p><p><b>Experience:</b> Minimum 11 years</p><p><b>Compensation:</b> 10-16 LPA, depending on experience and suitability</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Job Summary:</b></p><p>We are hiring a <b>Head - Plant Engineering</b> for a new <b>batch dipping plant for rubber gloves</b> in Noida. The role requires <b>strong mechanical engineering knowledge</b> and <b>deep technical understanding of automated batch dipping machines, tank circulation systems, and related process equipment</b> used in glove manufacturing or similar process industries.</p><p><br /></p><p>This is primarily a <b>technical plant engineering role</b>, focused on supporting the <b>conceptualization, design, technical evaluation, selection, installation, and improvement</b> of <b>custom batch dipping machines and other process equipment. </b>The candidate should be able to work closely with management and SPM companies to translate process requirements into technically suitable machine designs and equipment purchase decisions.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum <b>11 years' experience</b> in <b>plant engineering / mechanical engineering / process equipment / installation</b> in manufacturing</li><li>Strong <b>mechanical engineering background</b></li><li>Deep technical knowledge of <b>custom machine mechanical design</b>, <b>batch dipping machines</b> with <b>motion control and automation </b>and related process equipment</li><li>Good understanding of <b>tank design, tank circulation systems, rubber processing and electrical control systems (PLC/VFD)</b></li><li>Knowledge of <b>automated batch dipping systems, two roll mills, autoclave ovens, mixers and agitators, tanks, and related process machinery </b></li><li>Ability to support <b>technical conceptualization and development of custom batch dipping machines</b> as per process requirement</li><li>Ability to technically evaluate machine proposals and support <b>equipment selection and purchase decisions</b></li><li>Experience working with <b>SPM companies</b> for technical design inputs, fabrication discussions, installation, and commissioning</li><li>Working knowledge of <b>installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance</b> of process equipment</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Preferred Background:</b></p><p>Candidates from <b>rubber, glove, batch dipping, polymer, or process manufacturing industries</b> will be preferred.</p><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?%2fK55m7FKWEdPD2hXo3BH8WeQBfCDyAEpm" width="0" height="0" />
