Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Client Service Associate who shares our commitment to professionalism and excellence, has a strong interest in becoming a part of our collaborative work environment and is eager to contribute to our continued growth and success.

This role supports clients and advisors while ensuring a seamless and high-touch client experience and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and managing details.

This is a full-time position onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries and requests.
• Deliver a responsive, professional client experience.
• Process account openings, maintenance, transfers, and money movement requests.
• Schedule client meetings and prepare meeting materials.
• Maintain CRM and client records.
• Coordinate with custodians and internal teams.
• Support advisors and special projects.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, banking or related environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce CRM knowledge
• Familiarity with Schwab, Fidelity, or Goldman Sachs custody platforms.
