Customer Success Executive

Company: Liquide (Fintech Startup) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Work Location : Bangalore Work Schedule: 5 days a week Industry: Financial Services Role Overview Liquide is a fast-growing fintech startup looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Success Executive . This role will act as the primary point of contact for users and play a key role in delivering a seamless, supportive, and high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone calls to resolve queries effectively. Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction. Track, document, and maintain records of user issues and resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely problem resolution. Escalate critical issues when required and follow up proactively. Share insights on recurring issues to improve processes and product experience. Maintain professionalism and adhere to defined support workflows and SLAs. Monitor and manage customer queries through support platforms and ensure timely resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or helpdesk roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude. Proficiency in Freshdesk / Freshworks is required. Familiarity with customer support and ticketing tools such as JIRA, Zoho, Shopdeck, or similar platforms . Tech-savvy and comfortable using support tools and platforms. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously. Preferred / Good to Have Knowledge or experience in stock market, trading, or finance. Exposure to fintech or investment platforms. Experience working with multiple customer support/ticketing tools. Strong willingness to learn and grow within financial services.
