Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Academic Trainer for a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, travelling across Tamil Nadu. The Academic Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs and training workshops tailored for educators.

Key responsibilities include teaching subject-specific content, conducting training sessions (ATU), evaluating program effectiveness (SIM), and updating materials to reflect evolving academic needs. You will play a key role in improving the learning experience and the quality of our training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Education, Teaching, and Training to effectively guide and engage students and educators
• Experience in Curriculum Development to design and refine educational programs
• Excellent Communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Passion for education and a commitment to improving learner outcomes
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools for training and educational purposes is a plus
• Master's degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
