Role - Associate Director - Delivery (Healthcare)

Location - India 15+ years of overall experience in IT services with strong expertise in program and engagement management . Extensive experience in the US Healthcare domain with a deep understanding of industry processes, client expectations, and business challenges. Proven track record of managing end-to-end engagements , including client relationship management, stakeholder management, and overall account governance. Experience in leading and managing multiple delivery streams/programs simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and delivery. Strong expertise in Program Management , including planning, execution, risk management, governance, budgeting, and delivery oversight. Hands-on experience in AI and Generative AI deployments , driving adoption and delivering business value through innovative solutions. Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project lifecycle management, from initiation and planning through deployment and support. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and global teams while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Strong communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills with experience interacting directly with senior client leadership.
