In this high-impact role, you ll lead the transformation of business intelligence by designing and enhancing dashboards using MicroStrategy. Acting as a key link between Group functions and Regional teams, you ll drive consistency, accuracy, and insight across our data landscape. Your work will directly support the leadership to ease strategic decision making. /span /p p nbsp; /p p nbsp; /p p span strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /span /p p nbsp; /p p span This role is fully English and your main tasks will be: /span /p p nbsp; /p ul li span Migrate our current reporting dashboards to MicroStrategy, a BI software /span /li li span Create new reports amp; dashboards in BI software with the business users by developing interactive charts to easily interpret and understand the data /span /li li span Refine and enhance amp; dashboards in BI software in cooperation with the business users /span /li li span Execute any ad hoc analysis request raised by the business /span /li li span Provide creative input to understand data flow logic for effective dashboard creation /span /li li span Assist the team in setting the data governance /span /li li span Collaborate on data dictionary /span /li li span Contribute to ad hoc projects or tasks /span /li /ul p nbsp; /p p nbsp; /p p nbsp; /p p span strong Profile/Required Skills: /strong /span /p p nbsp; /p p span Your profile and experience will ideally contain: /span /p p nbsp; /p ul li span Master s degree or equivalent (Bac +4/5, MBA) related to Business Administration or Finance from a business school or university /span /li li span First successful internship in Controlling or Corporate Finance /span /li li span Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic VBA skills, and familiarity with MicroStrategy are required /span /li li span Familiarity with features of any other Business Intelligence platform, especially in metric creation, derived metric calculations, and SQL will be an added advantage /span /li li span Structured and detail-oriented mindset to produce qualitative, yet easy to read and understand reports /span /li li span Strong communication and representation skills /span /li li span Ability to listen and collaborate in an effective way /span /li li span Fluent English (both spoken and written) /span /li li span International and curious mindset /span /li li span Hands on attitude, not afraid of bringing up new ideas nbsp; /span /li /ul p nbsp; /p p nbsp; /p p nbsp; /p p span Allianz Trade, a leader in the trade credit insurance market, relies on innovative technologies.
