Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee academic strategy, curriculum delivery, and academic quality assurance.
• Ensure alignment of programmes, learning outcomes, and assessments with awarding body and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor student progression, retention, and completion (B3-related outcomes).
• Oversee faculty performance, teaching observations, and academic development.
• Ensure effective timetabling, workload planning, and academic capacity management.
• Drive industry relevance through project-based learning, visits, guest lectures, and alumni engagement.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing on academic targets and intake planning.
• Lead academic readiness for audits, reviews, and inspections.
• Promote a culture of academic excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
