<p> WE ARE HIRING – SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Punjabi Speaker) – IMMIGRATION (REMOTE – INDIA) </p> <p> We are looking for street-smart sales closers with 2–3+ years of experience in immigration sales who can confidently counsel and consult immigration services and enroll candidates into Canadian education programs. </p> <p> This is NOT a support role. </p> <p> This is pure sales — follow-ups, objection handling, pressure situations, and closing deals. </p> <p> If sales is not how you make money, this role is not for you. </p> <p>⏰ WORK TIMING </p> <p>9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST (Toronto Time) </p> <p>(Full-time availability during these hours is mandatory) </p> <p> WHAT YOU WILL DO </p> <p>• Close paid clients for immigration services </p> <p>• Enroll candidates into Canadian education &amp; career-growth programs </p> <p>• Handle leads, follow-ups, objections, and conversions </p> <p>• Hit monthly targets — no excuses, no stories </p> <p>✅ APPLY ONLY IF </p> <p>• You have 2–3+ years of sales/closing experience in immigration </p> <p>• You are comfortable with targets, pressure, and confrontation </p> <p>• Commission excites you more than fixed salary </p> <p>• Sales is your identity, not a backup plan </p> <p>• You are confident, street-smart, and know how to control conversations </p> <p>• You can communicate well in Hindi , English , Punjabi </p> <p>• Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory. </p> <p>• Proficiency in Gujarati will be considered an added advantage. </p> <p>❌ DO NOT APPLY IF </p> <p>• You are theory-focused or bookish </p> <p>• You want a support/admin role </p> <p>• You avoid targets or rejection </p> <p>• You have never closed paid clients </p> <p>• You are uncomfortable with confrontation or high-pressure sales </p> <p> COMPENSATION </p> <p> Basic fixed pay + high performance-based commissions </p> <p> Top performers earn more.
