<p><b>Brand Operations &amp; Campaign Executive </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for a <b>highly organized and proactive Brand Operations &amp; Campaign Executive </b> to support the brand team in executing campaigns seamlessly. This role sits at the intersection of <b>campaign execution, stakeholder management, and creative collaboration </b>, ensuring ideas translate into smooth on-ground execution. </p><p>While the role is largely <b>operations and client servicing driven (80%) </b>, the candidate will also contribute to <b>creative ideation and campaign thinking (20%) </b>. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b> </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Campaign &amp; Operations Management (80%) </b> </p><ul><li>Track and manage <b>brand campaigns end-to-end </b> to ensure timely execution. </li><li>Coordinate with <b>procurement teams, site partners, and vendors </b> for campaign implementation. </li><li>Follow up on <b>POs, invoices, and payments </b> to ensure smooth financial closures. </li><li>Maintain and track the <b>Brand Quarterly Calendar </b> for campaigns and deliverables. </li><li>Oversee execution of <b>brand films and video projects </b>, including shoot coordination and edit follow-ups. </li><li>Maintain internal trackers such as the <b>Mall Master Tracker </b> and campaign status sheets. </li><li>Drive <b>internal team follow-ups </b> to keep projects moving smoothly. </li><li>Act as a <b>strong client servicing bridge </b> between internal teams and external stakeholders. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Creative Support (20%) </b> </p><ul><li>Participate in <b>campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions </b>. </li><li>Contribute ideas for <b>brand activations and campaign formats </b>. </li><li>Support the team in translating creative concepts into executable plans. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Strong <b>coordination and follow-up skills </b>. </li><li>Excellent <b>communication and stakeholder management </b>. </li><li>Ability to <b>manage multiple campaigns and deadlines </b>. </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong <b>tracking and documentation skills </b>. </li><li>Interest in <b>brand marketing, campaigns, and creative thinking </b>. </li> </ul><p><br /></p>
