Job Description Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow. Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on-site. Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams to resolve issues and maintain timelines. Utilize project management software (Procore experience preferred) for documentation and reporting. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or institutional construction. Florida construction experience strongly preferred. Background in K-12, higher education, corrections, ports, or large commercial projects is a plus. Procore proficiency preferred. Degree in construction-related field is ideal but not required. What's on Offer Competitive salary: $115,000 - $130,000 Annual bonus based on company performance Employer-sponsored health coverage (employee fully covered, dependents partially) Benefits start the 1st of the month after 60 days PTO: 2 weeks + 4 days (flexibility for more if needed) 401(k) with 100% match on first 3%, 50% match on next 2% Gas card & vehicle allowance (approx. $500/month) Company credit cards for expenses
