What the role covers:Leading the planning, design, and delivery of building electrical systems across a diverse project portfolioProviding technical oversight and quality control for electrical engineering deliverablesMentoring and developing junior and mid-level engineering staffHelping manage department workload, staffing, and project delivery standardsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with public and private sector clientsParticipating in project pursuits, proposals, and interviewsCollaborating with firm leadership on departmental goals and long-range planning
What they’re xzbcwsv looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering8+ years of building systems design experience in the A/E industryEIT certification with active pursuit of PE licensure, or current PE registration (NYS PE preferred)Strong communication, client interaction, and leadership skillsWorking knowledge of applicable building codes and standardsU.S. Citizenship required
