Paradise Space Advisor Private Limited is looking for motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executives to join our growing real estate sales team in Noida. Location A-205, ATS Bouquet, Noida Expressway, Sector-132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Position Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate tele-calling & sales. Freshers are not required. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their real estate requirements. Explain residential and commercial real estate projects, offers and payment plans. Generate, qualify and follow up with leads. Schedule site visits for the sales team. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up regularly. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit conversions. ✅ Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate tele-calling & sales. Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and result-driven approach. Good understanding of real estate projects and customer requirements. Ability to handle multiple leads and regular follow-ups.
