About Ayu Sattva Herbal

Ayu Sattva Herbal is an Ayurvedic healthcare and wellness brand focused on developing and marketing Ayurvedic, Nutraceutical and Herbal products.

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Packaging Designer who can develop attractive, professional, and distinctive designs for our product range.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, packaging, typography, colours, and print production, preferably in the Ayurvedic, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, FMCG, or healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Packaging & Label Design

• Design attractive and professional medicine packaging for our Ayurvedic product range.
• Create product labels for bottles, jars, containers, and other packaging formats.
• Design mono cartons, medicine boxes, outer cartons, pouches, and other packaging materials.
• Develop creative packaging concepts that communicate quality, trust, and wellness.
• Prepare print-ready artwork according to the required dimensions and printer specifications.

2. Branding & Creative Design

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for Ayu Sattva Herbal.
• Work on brand colours, typography, layouts, and visual elements.
• Create product logos, brand marks, and supporting graphic elements where required.
• Develop creative concepts for new product launches and packaging redesigns.

3. Marketing & Promotional Materials

• Design product brochures, catalogues, flyers, leaflets, posters, and promotional materials.
• Create social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and campaign graphics.
• Design product presentations and other marketing communication materials.
• Develop website and e-commerce graphics, including product images and promotional banners.

4. Printing & Artwork Management

• Prepare accurate, print-ready files with proper dimensions, bleed, dielines, and colour specifications.
• Coordinate with printing vendors and packaging suppliers when required.
• Make corrections and revisions based on feedback.
• Maintain organised design files and updated versions of approved artwork.
• Check spelling, alignment, colours, product names, and other artwork details before final submission.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in packaging, label, and print design.
• Understanding of mono carton design, dielines, CMYK colours, bleed, and print production.
• Strong knowledge of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop original design concepts.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Ayurvedic, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, FMCG, cosmetics, or healthcare packaging.
• Knowledge of packaging artwork requirements for Ayurvedic products.
• Experience coordinating with printers and packaging manufacturers.
• Knowledge of 3D packaging mockups and product visualisation.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Diploma, degree, or relevant training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
