<p> Job Description </p><p> Position Title: Sr. Project Manager – Operations </p><p> Location: Wagle Estate, Thane </p><p> Reporting To: Founder &amp; Principal Designer </p><p> Position Overview </p><p> Trance Interiors is seeking a highly capable and result-oriented Sr. Project Manager – Operations to take ownership of overall business operations, performance monitoring, and execution excellence. </p><p> This role will act as a central leadership anchor, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments, driving accountability. The individual will work closely with the Founder &amp; Principal Designer and will be responsible for independently managing day-to-day operations in their absence. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities </p> <p> Department Performance Management </p><p>● Monitor performance of all departments including Design, Projects, CRM, Purchase, and Accounts </p> <p>● Conduct regular performance reviews and track key performance indicators </p> <p>● Ensure alignment of departmental activities with overall business goals </p> <p> Project Oversight and Execution Control </p><p>● Review high-level progress of ongoing projects across sites </p> <p>● Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards </p> <p>● Address critical project issues and ensure timely resolution </p> <p> Vendor and Contractor Management </p><p>● Monitor performance of vendors, contractors, and site teams </p> <p>● Ensure quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery </p> <p>● Review and finalize vendor contracts and agreements </p> <p> Financial Planning and Budget Control </p><p>● Work closely with the Accounts team for budgeting and cost monitoring </p> <p>● Track project-wise profitability and overall financial performance </p> <p>● Ensure financial discipline and cost optimisation across operations </p> <p> ERP, Systems, and Reporting </p><p>● Ensure effective use of ERP systems across all departments </p> <p>● Review MIS reports, dashboards, and operational data </p> <p>● Drive process improvements and system efficiency </p> <p> Team Leadership and Culture Development </p><p>● Lead and guide team members across departments </p> <p>● Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance </p> <p>● Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams </p> <p> Governance, Policies, and Compliance </p><p>● Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures </p> <p>● Strengthen internal controls and compliance mechanisms </p> <p> Quality, Timeline, and Client Satisfaction </p><p>● Monitor quality standards across all projects </p> <p>● Ensure timely project delivery and high levels of client satisfaction </p> <p>● Track client feedback and implement improvements </p> <p> Conflict Resolution and Decision Making </p><p>● Resolve inter-departmental issues and conflicts effectively </p> <p>● Take timely and appropriate decisions to ensure smooth business operations </p> <p> Qualifications and Experience </p><p>● Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) </p> <p>● 8 to 15 years of experience in operations, project management, or business leadership roles </p> <p>● Preferred industry experience in Interior Contracting, Construction, Infrastructure, or Healthcare Projects </p> <p> Key Skills and Competencies </p><p>● Strong leadership and decision-making abilities </p> <p>● Strategic thinking with a strong execution focus </p> <p>● Sound financial and business acumen </p> <p>● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills </p> <p>● Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities </p> <p>● Process-oriented mindset with experience in ERP and MIS systems </p> <p> Role Expectation </p><p> The Sr. Project Manager – Operations is expected to function as the execution backbone of the organization, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably, while supporting the company’s long-term growth and strategic objectives. </p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p>
