The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with excellent client management skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality turnkey home interior projects. You will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences while driving design excellence and project success.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects from concept to final handover.</li><li>Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and design requirements.</li><li>Develop space plans, layouts, mood boards, 3D concepts, and design presentations.</li><li>Prepare detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and execution documents.</li><li>Create Bills of Quantities (BoQs), material specifications, and cost estimates.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams to ensure timely execution.</li><li>Ensure high-quality design deliverables while maintaining project timelines and budgets.</li><li>Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.</li><li>Support sales closures by presenting compelling design solutions and building customer trust.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior designers while fostering collaboration across teams.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum <b>5 years</b> of experience in residential interior design.</li><li>Experience delivering <b>10+ turnkey or full-home residential projects</b>.</li><li>Proficiency in <b>AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of modular furniture, materials, civil works, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and site execution.</li><li>Experience in BoQ preparation, project coordination, and vendor management.</li></ul><p>Preferred Skills</p><ul><li>Excellent design aesthetics and space planning abilities.</li><li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Leadership and mentoring experience.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding design experiences.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>How to Apply</p><p>If you're passionate about creating exceptional living spaces and are ready to take the next step in your design career, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p> <b>Apply by sending your resume to:</b> </p><p>Please mention <b>"Application - Senior Interior Designer"</b> in the subject line.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?H9VFwLT84N1XZGykknK2NdwIbGB7ADPZx" width="0" height="0" />
