We're hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing organization backed by VC funding, for 4 chartered accountant positions based in Erode .

What Our Client Is Looking For:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA); additional certification in CMA / CFA / Business Analytics is a strong plus
• Prior experience working with VC-funded companies highly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and statutory requirements
• Exposure to fundraising processes, investor reporting, and financial due diligence
• Analytical mindset with ability to convert financial data into actionable business insights
• Proficiency in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and budgeting

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end financial accounting, compliance, and audits
• Support fundraising activities, including investor reporting and due diligence
• Drive financial planning, analysis, and business analytics initiatives
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, income tax, ROC filings, etc.)
• Collaborate with the client's leadership on financial strategy and decision-making
• Prepare and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts
