In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional cinematic storytelling and cutting-edge digital technology. </p><p>You aren't just someone who cuts footage; you are a visual storyteller who understands psychological triggers, high-retention editing, and next-generation content creation workflows. You will lead the end-to-end production of high-impact marketing videos, social media reels, and corporate assets by seamlessly blending <b>traditional editing physics </b>, <b>3D elements </b>, and <b>generative AI tools </b>. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Core Responsibilities </b> </p><ul><li>High-Retention Editing: Edit high-volume, premium videos for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and marketing campaigns, focusing heavily on killer Instagram hooks, psychological pacing, and viewer retention tricks. </li><li>AI Integration: Leverage generative AI workflows to create synthetic media, realistic text-to-video assets, cloned voiceovers, and automated subtitle styling to maximize production speed and output quality. </li><li>3D &amp; Motion Design: Integrate 3D elements, tracking data, and abstract visual effects into live-action footage to create premium, eye-catching multimedia pieces. </li><li>Typography &amp; Graphics: Design custom, kinetic typography and dynamic text layouts that match modern internet and brand design aesthetics. </li><li>End-to-End Post-Production: Take full ownership of footage ingestion, proxy creation, multi-cam syncing, advanced color grading, sound design, and final mastering. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Required Technical Skill Set </b> </p><p><br /></p><p><b>1.
