As Sales and Events Manager, you'll drive new business and shape unforgettable events from first enquiry to final farewell, all on a Monday to Friday basis.

About you 1-2 years' experience in hotel, hospitality, events or wedding sales Strong sales and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Commercially driven and proactive Confident dealing with clients and conducting showrounds Excellent communication and customer service skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment What you'll do Generate and convert new wedding, conference and events enquiries, with a focus on room sales Manage client enquiries, proposals, meetings and venue showrounds Build and maintain strong client relationships Carry out proactive sales and business development activity Coordinate events from initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with internal teams Identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional services Manage the events pipeline and follow up prospective business Develop relationships with local businesses and event contacts Support promotional and commercial activity Next steps If you have experience across hospitality, events or wedding sales and are looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
