Aeroprime Services Private Limited is expanding its team in Hyderabad and is looking for an experienced and motivated Reservation Executive to join our growing aviation team.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in Airline Reservations or the Travel Industry

• Good knowledge of reservation systems and ticketing procedures

• Experience in handling travel agents and customers

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive, responsible and customer-focused approach

Key Responsibilities

• Handle airline reservations and ticketing

• Manage booking requests, changes, cancellations and related queries

• Coordinate with travel agents, customers and airline teams

• Provide timely support for reservation and ticketing requirements

• Follow up on pending bookings and ensure smooth processing

• Maintain accurate records and provide necessary reports

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
