Mohawk Valley Health System is seeking a Specialty RN II to deliver advanced, patient-centered nursing care within a specialized inpatient or outpatient setting. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient status. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes while educating patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care. As a senior clinical resource, you will mentor newer staff, champion evidence-based practice, and support quality and safety initiatives.
