LILYSILK is seeking motivated and customer-focused Luxury Retail Sales Associates to join our Roosevelt Field Mall store team.Our Retail Sales Associates do more than greet and assist customers. They create an elevated and memorable shopping experience while actively driving sales and developing lasting client relationships. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fashion, luxury service and relationship-based selling.Key Responsibilities• Deliver a high level of personalized customer service consistent with a luxury retail environment.• Greet, engage and advise customers based on their needs, style preferences and product interests.• Drive individual and store sales through product knowledge, styling, cross-selling and relationship building.• Develop and maintain client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.• Build strong knowledge of LILYSILK products, collections, materials and brand positioning.• Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.• Assist with merchandise receiving, replenishment, ticketing and stockroom organization as needed.• Accurately process transactions using the store Point of Sale (POS) system.• Maintain high standards of store organization, cleanliness and general housekeeping.• Work collaboratively with store leadership and team members to achieve sales and operational goals.• Support additional store projects and opening/operational activities as needed.Experience & Qualifications• 2+ years of customer-facing retail or sales experience preferred; fashion, premium or luxury retail experience strongly preferred.• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.• Sales-driven with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.• Passion for fashion, luxury products and delivering an elevated customer experience.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Reliable, professional, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.• Experience with retail POS systems preferred.• Clienteling or book-of-business experience is a plus.• Multilingual skills are a plus.• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.• Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays as business needs require.If you are passionate about luxury retail, relationship selling and creating memorable client experiences, we would love to hear from you.Join LILYSILK at Roosevelt Field.
