Head of Business Development

About the Role We are seeking a commercially sharp and relationship-driven Business Development Head to lead growth across workplace interiors and office Design & Build projects. This is a founding leadership role for someone who understands corporate real estate, occupier expectations, workplace strategy, and the nuances of office fit-outs at scale. You will work closely with the founders to drive revenue growth, build strategic industry relationships, lead key client conversations, and strengthen Unfold’s position within the workplace interiors ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Revenue Define and execute the business development strategy for workplace interiors and office Design & Build projects. Own revenue targets, pipeline management, forecasting, and growth planning.
