We are hiring experienced Housekeeping Professionals for a luxury cruise ship opportunity.

Positions Available

1st Housekeeper & Assistant Housekeeper

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as 1st Housekeeper / Assistant Housekeeper or similar position

• Experience in a 4/5-star hotel or cruise ship environment

• Cruise experience, especially on ships with 500+ staterooms , is preferred

• Strong team-leadership and supervisory experience

• Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, sanitation and Public Health standards

• Excellent English communication and guest-service skills

• Professional appearance, grooming and hygiene standards

• Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment

• Flexible, positive and team-oriented attitude

⚠️ Please note: This is a CRUISE SHIP opportunity and NOT a land-based hotel position.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and housekeeping team

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service

• Monitor cleaning standards in guest staterooms, public areas, corridors and crew areas

• Prepare and manage work schedules and ensure proper staff allocation

• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance/technical issues

• Monitor housekeeping supplies, inventory and locker par levels

• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns professionally

• Support luggage handling and embarkation/disembarkation operations

• Maintain Public Health, sanitation, safety and hygiene standards

• Train, guide and motivate a multicultural housekeeping team

• Assist with reports, checklists, inventories and Public Health inspections

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards
