Role Description

This is a full-time 7pm to 5am, on-site Cold Caller role based in Islamabad. The Cold Caller will reach out to potential clients by phone, introduce Edream International’s branding and content services, and generate interest and qualified leads. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, following call scripts, answering basic questions about services, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team. The role also involves updating call records in CRM or tracking systems, preparing brief call summaries, and collaborating with team members to refine outreach strategies. The Cold Caller will be expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining professional and respectful communication with all prospects.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling in phone-based conversations.
• Candidates should possess basic customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Candidates should possess skills in time management, organization, and maintaining accurate call records.
• Candidates should possess basic familiarity with sales processes, lead generation, and CRM or call tracking tools.
• Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center environments is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, meet performance targets, and collaborate with branding and sales teams.
