ASSOCIATE SALES CONSULTANT:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on interested leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
• Call Customers understand their insurance requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits and pricing clarly
• Maintain customer follow-ups and ensure end-to-end closure
• Achieve daily/monthly sales and revenue targets
• Provide excellent customer experience during and after the sale
• Maintain records and update CRM regularly

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate
• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi
• Good Communication and Convincing Skills
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Freshers and Experienced Candidates both can apply.
