Role Description The Real Estate Broker will work full time on-site in Ahmedabad, guiding clients through the complete buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property visits, preparing and presenting listings, and advising clients on market trends and property values. The role involves negotiating offers, drafting and reviewing agreements, and coordinating with legal, financial, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The broker will maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and provide consistent follow-up and customer support. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards are core aspects of this position.
