 Compensation: $20 - 30 /hour, depending on experience Location: Lakewood, Colorado Inceed has partnered with a great organization to help find a skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to join their team! This is a great opportunity to support a high-impact Workday go-live and help employees navigate a major system transition. You’ll provide front-line support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where strong service, clear communication, and quick problem-solving will make a real difference. Key Responsibilities & Duties:Provide first-line support by phone, chat, and ticketing systemAssist with Workday navigation and employee self-service questionsTroubleshoot basic user issues using knowledge articles and documentationLog, update, and manage support tickets accuratelyEscalate complex technical or functional issues to the proper teamsSupport users during a high-volume go-live and hypercare periodIdentify recurring issues and share knowledge base improvement ideas Required Qualifications & Experience:1-2+ years of help desk, service desk, or Level 1 support experienceExperience supporting users through phone, chat, or ticketing toolsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to learn new systems and support processes quicklyExperience documenting incidents in an ITSM platformAbility to work in a fast-paced support environmentAvailability to work onsite in Lakewood, ColoradoAbility to work assigned shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Nice to Have Skills & Experience:Prior Workday support experienceExperience supporting ERP or enterprise applicationsExperience with go-live, hypercare, or command center support Perks & Benefits:3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information:Full-time schedule, approximately 40 hours per weekPrimarily onsite supportBackground check and drug test If you are interested in learning more about the IT Help Desk Specialist opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
