Our client, a global investment firm with a strong focus on credit strategies, is looking to add a seasoned credit attorney to its Legal & Compliance group. The position will support an expanding registered investment adviser business by advising on regulatory compliance, governance, and day-to-day fund operations.

RequirementsJuris Doctor3-7 years of legal xzbcwsv experience either at a law firm or an in-house roleProficiency in credit strategies and vehiclesKnowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940 preferred but not required
