Assist with Agent operations and support Agent efforts in setting sales goals and developing a profitable book of business.
Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, a Motor Vehicle Report, Credit Bureau Report and Criminal Background Check may be ordered on final candidates.
Ability to gain thorough knowledge of company products, policies and philosophy
General knowledge in Marketing, Sales Leadership and Insurance
