Monitor portfolio performance at a national level to identify adverse and profitable trends, growth segments, and recommend corrective or growth actions. Drive implementation of agreed portfolio initiatives to improve profitability and market position. Lead and develop junior underwriting teams by providing guidance, training, and fostering a high-performance, engaged culture. Collaborate with peers and HR to align policies, training initiatives, and workforce development with business needs.
