We're hiring a Senior Manager - Strategic Partnerships for a leading fintech organization in Mumbai (Malad East) .

Location : Mumbai - Malad East

Experience : 4 to 9 Years

Work Schedule : Alternate Saturdays Working

Key Responsibilities

✅ Build and manage strategic partnerships across:

• Fintech platforms
• Regulated Entities
• Lending Service Providers (LSPs)
• Distribution and Embedded Finance partners

✅ Lead end-to-end partner acquisition:

• Partner sourcing
• Commercial negotiations
• Revenue-share discussions
• GTM strategy and deal closure

✅ Own partner success post onboarding:

• Integration and go-live execution
• Performance monitoring
• Disbursement and conversion growth
• Issue resolution and stakeholder management

✅ Drive growth through:

• Upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• New use cases and product extensions
• Expansion of existing partnerships

✅ Collaborate closely with Product, Credit, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Experience :

• Strong experience ( 4 -9 years ) in Strategic Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or Channel Partnerships
• Exposure to fintech, lending, embedded finance, NBFCs, banks, or LSP ecosystem
• Proven track record of closing and scaling strategic partnerships
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
