We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a fully onsite opportunity in Boca Raton, FL. This role will manage the complete AP lifecycle and is ideal for someone with strong high-volume invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliation, and payment processing experience.

Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle AP from invoice receipt through paymentProcess high-volume invoices, including coding, matching, and approvalsHandle vendor setup, maintenance, and communicationResearch and resolve invoice/payment discrepanciesComplete vendor statement reconciliationsProcess check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfersSupport month-end AP close and reconciliationsMaintain accurate records within ERP/accounting systems
Qualifications:Full-cycle Accounts Payable experienceHigh-volume invoice processing experienceStrong vendor management and reconciliation skillsExperience with checks, ACH, and wire paymentsMonth-end close experienceERP/accounting software proficiencyStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent attention xzbcwsv to detailMust be comfortable working 100% onsite in Boca Raton, FLPublic company experience is preferred
