Join our local vacation rental team for the busy winter season!SkyRun Vacation Rentals is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Runner & Inspector to help make sure our vacation homes are clean, stocked and ready for arriving guests.What You'll DoInspect vacation rental properties after cleaning to ensure they are clean, stocked and guest-readyDeliver and pick up linens, laundry and suppliesIdentify and report damage, missing items and maintenance concernsHelp resolve small property issues before guests arriveDrive between properties throughout Grand County using a company-provided vehicleCommunicate with our operations team throughout the dayHelp wherever needed during busy arrival daysWhat We're Looking ForExcellent attention to detailDependable and able to work independentlyPositive attitude and good communication skillsValid driver's license with a good driving recordComfortable driving in winter mountain conditionsAble to regularly lift and carry 30–40 lbs.Comfortable with stairs and being physically active throughout the workdayVacation rental, hospitality, housekeeping or property management experience is a plus, but not requiredSchedule & Pay$22–$24/hour, depending on experienceSeasonal position beginning December 1Typical hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Weekend and holidays required during our busy winter seasonWhy SkyRun?We're a small, locally owned vacation rental company where you'll be part of a hands-on local team.
