Ui Path Project Manager
Location: Noida & Pune
Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
Experience: 10-14 years overall experience with 5+ years managing Ui Path/RPA delivery programs.
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Ui Path Project Manager to lead end-to-end automation delivery across development and support workstreams. The role requires strong expertise in Ui Path delivery, customer engagement, team leadership, governance management, KPI/SLA tracking, and operational excellence. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, production stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across automation services.
Delivery & Project Management
Manage end-to-end Ui Path automation lifecycle including development, deployment, enhancements, and support.
Drive project planning, resource management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and delivery governance.
Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget.
Ui Path Delivery Oversight
Strong understanding of Ui Path Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Queues, Assets, Scheduling, and REFramework.
Monitor bot performance, production incidents, release management, and automation stability.
Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, security, and compliance standards.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary customer-facing delivery lead.
Conduct weekly operational reviews and monthly governance meetings.
Provide executive-level status updates, KPI dashboards, risk assessments, and value realization reports.
Manage customer escalations and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction.
Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams comprising Ui Path Developers, Business Analysts, Support Engineers, and QA resources.
Drive accountability, productivity, performance reviews, mentoring, and skill development.
Ensure effective workload distribution and resource utilization.
Governance & Reporting
Drive Weekly and Monthly Governance covering Project Progress, SLA/KPI Performance, Incident & Defect Trends, Risks, Issues & Escalations, Resource Utilization, and Automation Pipeline & Roadmap.
Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and executive governance reports.
Metrics Management
Track SLA Compliance, MTTR/MTTA, Bot Success & Failure Rates, Automation Uptime, Incident & Defect Trends, Delivery Schedule Adherence, Automation Benefits Realization, Resource Utilization, Backlog & Ticket Aging, and CSAT.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Ui Path platform and RPA lifecycle.
Experience managing Automation Development and Production Support engagements.
Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
