Insurance Defense Attorney | Farmingdale, NY (Hybrid) – $170K

Base Salary: $170K
Practice: Long Island insurance defense — general liability, construction, products, professional liability, and employment defense for carriers and corporate insureds.

Duties and Responsibilities:Defend general liability, construction, products, professional liability, and employment claims.Take and defend depositions.Draft motions and prepare cases for mediation and trial.Report to carriers on exposure and resolution.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):JD and active New York bar.3–7 years post-bar insurance defense or civil litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.Depositions taken in the last 24 months. xzbcwsv
