IT Technician

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment at the mining project site.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi access points, routers, and switches.
• Maintain network connectivity between site offices, accommodation camps, control rooms, and other project facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance, software updates, antivirus checks, and data backups to ensure system reliability.
• Install and troubleshoot IP telephones, CCTV systems, and other IT-related communication equipment.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, equipment records, technical documentation, and service reports.
• Coordinate with the IT team and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure uninterrupted IT services at the mining site.
