Proficient in using campaign channels, including:
Push Notifications

Email
In-app/Web pop-ups
Whats App and similar platforms
Strong understanding of the Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, and Renewals funnel.
Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Proficient in creating impactful Power Point presentations.
Have prior experience of working on user retention.
