HR & Admin Architect — Build Systems from Scratch (Remote)

Ibtdara is hiring its first dedicated HR & Admin Manager to build and manage our people operations from the ground up. This role will set up HR systems, policies, recruitment processes, employee management practices, and administrative workflows for a growing company.

The position is remote initially, but the selected candidate should be open to the possibility of moving to our Saudi Arabia office in the future, depending on business needs and mutual agreement.
