Corporate Accountant

Key Responsibilities & DutiesAssist with general ledger accounting for multiple company entities, both foreign and domestic, covering expense review, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounts payable.Month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and intercompany allocations and invoicing.Assist in preparing internal management reports, variance analyses, and financial statements for the management companies.Support the maintenance and improvement of internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to promote accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP.Review monthly employee expense reports and flight activity for accurate coding and compliance with firm policiesAssist in responding to requests from external auditors, the SEC, and other service providers.

Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting required.2–5 years of corporate accounting experience or a combination of public and corporate accounting experience. xzbcwsv Willingness to learn and adopt AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and team processes.
