Account Manager

Sr. Manager – Accounts → More technical, audit‑heavy, compliance, and reporting to leadership. It operates across multiple industries including residential, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, hospitality, and educational infrastructure. Sr. Manager – Accounts Qualifications: CA / Semi‑CA / ICWA Responsibilities: Finalize accounts and monthly closures, ensuring provisions are included. Prepare balance sheets with notes and schedules for a listed company. Apply knowledge of IND‑AS (Indian Accounting Standards). Use finance ratios and industry benchmarks for analysis. Prepare board/shareholder presentations on financial reporting. Independently handle all audits (statutory, tax, internal, bank, cost, special). Reconcile receivables and payables with customers/vendors. Prepare projected financials for investors and bankers. Experience: 7–10 years Budget to hire - CTC: ₹10–12 Lakhs This is a senior leadership role in accounting, requiring strong technical expertise, audit independence, and board‑level reporting skills.
