Join a high-growth, premium gemstone business as a Senior Inside Sales Executive, where you’ll own the complete sales cycle —from lead qualification to closure and repeat business.

We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional who enjoys selling high-value products and building relationships with HNI/UHNI customers .

• Drive end-to-end sales of premium gemstones through phone, video & digital channels.
• Convert inbound & outbound leads and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Consult with HNI/UHNI clients and close high-value deals.
• Build repeat business through follow-ups, referrals, upselling & cross-selling.
• Communicate gemstone quality, certification, pricing & investment value effectively.
• Own your pipeline, CRM and individual sales performance.

• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, luxury sales or high-ticket sales.
• Mandatory: Gemstone or jewellery sales experience.
• Strong HNI client handling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-driven mindset with strong CRM proficiency.
