Job Description<br /><br /><p>Looking for an Embedded Software Architect to define and drive scalable, high-quality embedded software architecture. This role requires strong expertise in C/C++ and embedded systems, with working knowledge of connectivity technologies to support connected product development. </p><p><strong>Tasks / Responsibilities: </strong> </p><p>•    Translate business and system requirements into technical architecture. </p><p>•    Define end-to-end embedded software architecture (drivers, middleware, application layers). </p><p>•    Design scalable solutions across MCU/SoC platforms, RTOS, and hardware abstraction layers. </p><p>•    Define communication interfaces and integration strategies across subsystems. </p><p> •    Architect systems for high performance, low latency, and efficient resource usage. </p><p>•    Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements. </p><p>•    Design and support integration of connectivity modules (RF, Wi Fi) into embedded systems. </p><p>•    Assess emerging technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms) with a focus on improving embedded platform engineering and automation. </p><p>•    Lead technical discussions and architecture / design reviews. </p><p>•    Drive innovative initiatives and proof-of-concepts (POCs). </p><p>•    Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and connectivity solutions. </p><p>•    Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems. </p><p>•    Mentor development teams on architecture, best practices, and technical direction. </p><p>•    Support teams in debugging complex system-level issues and root cause analysis. </p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience: </strong> </p><p>•    Strong expertise in Embedded C/C++ development. </p><p>•    Proven experience in embedded software architecture and system design. </p><p>•    Experience with modular architecture, and reusable frameworks. </p><p>•    Hands-on experience with RTOS, drivers, BSP, and low-level system development. </p><p>•    Ability to analyze tradeoffs between performance, memory, power, and cost. </p><p>•    Knowledge in secure boot, OTA updates, and cybersecurity concepts. </p><p>•    Strong analytical thinking and system-level problem-solving capability. </p><p>•    Good communication, technical mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills. </p><p>•    Familiarity with automation frameworks and DevOps practices in embedded systems. </p><p>•    Curiosity toward industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development. </p><p><strong>Must Have: </strong> </p><p>•    Expert-level knowledge and practical experience in RF systems. </p><p><strong>Good to Have: </strong> </p><p>•    ISAQB Certification, Knowledge in Embedded Linux </p><br />Qualifications<br /><br /><p>BE/ME electronics background </p><br /><br />Additional Information<br /><br /><p>10 to 15 years </p>
