Role Description The Global Medical Manager – Non Clinical (BDS / MBBS) will oversee and coordinate medical aspects of patient journeys, ensuring appropriate treatment options and hospital selections are aligned with clinical needs and global best practices. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves reviewing medical records, validating treatment plans, and liaising with doctors and hospitals in India and abroad to facilitate second opinions and comprehensive care pathways. The role includes developing and maintaining medical protocols, supporting the training of internal teams on clinical guidelines, and contributing to evidence-based content for patients and partners. The Global Medical Manager will collaborate closely with operations and customer support teams to ensure accurate medical communication, uphold regulatory and ethical standards, and continuously enhance clinical outcome quality for international patients.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine, with a BDS or MBBS degree from a recognized institution and sound understanding of multi-specialty hospital care. Experience in Medical Affairs, including evaluation of treatment plans, clinical documentation review, and collaboration with medical specialists and hospital teams. Background in Training, with the ability to educate internal teams on clinical processes, patient pathways, and evidence-based healthcare practices. Exposure to Clinical Research and Research activities, such as reviewing medical literature, comparing treatment options, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, clinicians, and partners across diverse cultures; strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms or telehealth solutions; commitment to ethical practices and patient-centric care. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; prior experience in medical tourism or international patient services is an advantage.
