Are you a seasoned professional in critical facilities and data center operations ? We’re looking for a Shift Manager – Data Center Operations to lead end-to-end facility management for a high-availability data center environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage electrical, mechanical, and critical infrastructure operations
Oversee maintenance of UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and HVAC/chillers
Drive operational efficiency, uptime, and cost optimization
Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules
Collaborate with construction, vendors, and cross-functional teams for system integration and commissioning
Ensure strict adherence to safety & compliance standards (NFPA, NEC, OSHA)
Manage capacity planning, system reliability, and outage prevention
Mentor and lead a high-performing CFOps team
✅ What We’re Looking For:
9+ years of experience in data center / critical facilities operations
Strong hands-on exposure to power systems (12k V switchgear, UPS, generators up to 3 MW, batteries, etc.)
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and maintenance best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
