Fico senior consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with 5+ years of consulting experience to join our team.
The role involves hands-on work across SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, including solution design, configuration, and delivery. The candidate should have strong experience in Financial Accounting and Controlling, including COPA, and be comfortable working on end-to-end business process flows.
Key responsibilities include participating in end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation projects, handling FI integrations with modules such as MM, SD, PP, HR, and PM, preparing detailed functional specifications for custom developments (reports, interfaces, enhancements), and performing fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, and solution validation with business stakeholders. The consultant will collaborate closely with technical, BI, security, Basis, and SAP Logistics teams, support UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live activities, and provide production support.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in core SAP FICO areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and COPA. Experience with S/4 HANA implementation methodologies, SDLC, and large-scale ERP environments is required. A consulting background with IT consulting or service companies and strong client-facing and communication skills are essential.
Exposure to presales activities, proof of concepts, and customer demos is a plus, along with the ability to mentor junior consultants and handle change impact analysis.
